our goal is to connect the world through game-changing workouts, atmospheres, and experiences – but in order to score we must protect our locker room; to build a great team, we must create a safe and trusted environment that is free from judgment, encourages playfulness, and sparks creativity – a place where players become teammates and teammates become family.
at sphere, cultivating a locker room atmosphere is a large part of the experience. it’s not an option; rather, it is your responsibility as a teammate to know the player next to you. our #1 rule is that there are no strangers on the field. please hang up and hang out and put away your cell phone in the locker room and before you take the field.
we’re all on the same team no matter the color of your cleats, style of play or position off the field. no player is better than another and no club is more important than our sphere. patrol our locker room and speak up if someone is jeopardizing our atmosphere. whatever issues happen on the field, leave it there. if you have an issue with a player, resolve it immediately. if there is a bigger issue it is your responsibility to report it.
no matter what position you play on or off the field, we always #keeptheballrolling. be a good player but a better person. look to pass rather than shoot. whether you’re helping out at practice or supporting a teammate off the field, play it forward,
